Job Description
Mandatory Skills:
- Hands on experience in creating ETL jobs Informatica Power Center or any ETL tool
- Design Architecture, designs and end to end flow of the process to extract transform and load data (for Sr. roles)
- Ability to understand business requirements into technical specs or document (Sr. roles)
- Work experience in ETL S2T mapping, sessions, mapplets or reusable components, workflows
- Scheduling and Sequencing Jobs
- Do performance tuning of ETL jobs, DB queries and ensure quicker data loading (Sr. roles)
- Debugging ETL load failures and fix
- Strong SQL query writing abilities in any one of Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server etc
- Exposure or work experience in data migration, data warehousing related projects
- Communication and Articulation skills
Desired or Good to have
- Data Modelling(Create/Understand)
- Hands on skills using Informatica Cloud (IICS)
- Understand schema, index, ETL framework and approach towards writing queries
- Hands on or project experience in Snowflake (on AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience in writing stored procedures, shell scripts
- Worked in SIT, UAT phases of projects
